Application (Annex 1) to participate in the conference to submit to the October 26, 2011 (inclusive). Applications submitted after the deadline will be taken into consideration is not. Applications include the dean, head of department and the head groups.

Speeches on the electronic media presented no later than the day of the conference (2 November 2011)

Work refereed head of the department, a teacher on the following parameters:

• - Relevance of the practical importance of the research topic, the possibility of implementing the results, the expected benefits;
• - The novelty and originality of the idea;
• - The degree of autonomy, complexity of research;
• - Complete study of literature (including foreign)
• - Working with network resources
• - Quality of design work;
